As an international student, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative it is to learn in diverse, interdisciplinary settings. EELISA creates real opportunities for students to grow, connect, and make an impact. As a Student Representative, I love helping FAU students discover these opportunities and ensuring their voices shape the alliance. The people are inspiring, the mission is meaningful, and every conversation reminds me why this work matters.

The best solutions come from bringing different perspectives together across disciplines, cultures, and borders. My own journey, from computer science to information systems, from integration to security, has taught me that complex problems require diverse thinking. I value EELISA as a space where engineers, humanists, scientists, and social scientists can learn from each other and co-create meaningful change.
