Catherine Schreiber

Catherine Schreiber is a seasoned entrepreneur and certified Scale-up Coach specializing in supporting companies through critical growth phases, focusing on strategy, organizational development, and founder resilience. As the co-founder and former Co-CEO of ADVITOS, a medtech scale-up, she led the company’s transformation from a research start-up to a fully certified enterprise with 75 employees, developing a multi-organ support device that reduces patient mortality by 30%. Catherine has received numerous accolades, including the Munich Business Woman Award and the EIT Women Leadership Award. After stepping down from her operational role at ADVITOS, she continues to empower entrepreneurs through coaching and advisory roles, while also leading initiatives such as the ‘Mental Strength for Founders’ program.

Heike Nowak-Schwerdtfeger

I am Erlangerin through and through – born and raised here, I did go to FAU and have worked in a variety of different jobs and field: adult education, the health sector, the school system, recruiting,  marketing, as assistant to a CEO and CFO, as coach, as counselor and as consultan. I have been working at the FAU spin-off service for over 5 years now. Holding a double degree in psychology and organizational/personal development I focus on all topics people-related: marketing, validation of Business Models, team communication and enhancing team work. I also do team and individual coaching, run the Entrepreneurial Innovation Hub with my colleague Klaus Konrad and sometimes work as a freelancer.

Pauline is affected by food intolerances herself and has developed a solution to help fellow sufferers:

Angelique Thummerer

Engineer Angelique Thummerer founded the textile recycling start-up TURNS in 2023 after graduating from FAU. The mission of Angi and her co-founder Katja Wagner: to establish high-quality textile recycling as the standard and keep raw materials in the cycle instead of exporting them as waste to the Global South. By establishing regional structures for transparent used clothing recycling, she and her company want to show that a different way of doing business is possible – one that creates added value for society.

 

 

Lorena Soto Casanova

Lorena is a native venezuelan raised in the USA and educated in Germany. She has dedicated her career to Marketing and currently serves as the Head of Marketing for Smart City System Parking Solutions GmbH, where she advocates for the digitization of urban spaces to enhance the quality of life in our cities. Passionate about intercultural communication, Lorena values the opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives and explore the dynamics of inter- and intrapersonal relationships.

Luisa-Maria Stiller

Luisa-Maria Stiller, Innovation & Partner Management Specialist at JOSEPHS Open Innovation Lab in Nuremberg, brings 7 years of experience in the regional innovation ecosystem. With a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, she combines her academic background in female founders and positive psychology in innovation management to lead workshops like “Design Your Personal Entrepreneurial Vision” at the EELISA Female Entrepreneurship Conference. This interactive session will equip participants with practical tools for self-reflection, entrepreneurial vision development, and effective self-management to support their future entrepreneurial endeavours.

Diana Galeeva is dedicated to well-being and mindfulness, helping people find balance and focus in their busy lives. With expertise in guiding groups toward greater mental clarity and resilience, she shares practical insights for living and working with more presence and purpose. As the founder of Highlights e.V. and co-organizer of this conference, Diana is eager to create new partnerships and friendships!

 

 

Natascha Eckert

A seasoned and strategically oriented senior executive experienced in leading innovation and technology-driven teams. After 25 years in the corporate world, Natascha is now starting her own business in the area of business-academia translation. Additionally, Natascha will keep mentoring women in tech and has recently made her first startup investment as a business angel. Natascha will explore themes such as female leadership, the importance of role models, and the value of women’s networks and empowerment programs. Leveraging her extensive background as a leader in tech, she will also address the critical need for gender-equal leadership.

 

Harriet Ziegler

Harriet is FAU’a Diversity Manager. Her work focuses on on the topics Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and her goal is to contribute to a university with equal opportunities and a respectful and encouraging learning and working environment.

 

 

 

 

Melissa Kern

I’m Melissa and I’ve been an independent financial advisor for 7 years, helping you with everything from insurance to long-term wealth building and real estate. My mission is to make the taboo topic of money more transparent and to offer a trusting space for questions. My passion project is female finance. The topic of finance is huge and very often I hear how insecure and lost women feel about it. Let’s change that! True to the motto: the future is finance and finance is female!

Prof. Dr. Carolin Durst teaches and conducts research in the field of B2B Digital Marketing, focusing on strategic content marketing and go-to-market strategies. At Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, she leads the Master’s program in Digital Marketing, serves as the Scientific Director at ITONICS GmbH, and is the author of the B2B Digital Marketing Playbook. In this workshop, you will learn how to successfully present yourself and your startup on LinkedIn! Prof. Dr. Carolin Durst will provide practical insights on how to strategically use your LinkedIn presence to position yourself as an expert, build valuable networks, and bring your startup or startup idea into the spotlight. You will discover what makes a compelling LinkedIn strategy, how to post content effectively, and the benefits of maintaining a professional LinkedIn presence.
