What if my travel costs are less than the calculated travel grant?

Calculations for the overall travel allowance are based upon the latest Erasmus+ Programme Guide. It is a standardized average calculation; the actual costs depend on the travel season, the timing of the booking, and the exact location of the activity. That is why the actual costs may vary in either direction—being too high or too low. Since students are not required to provide proof of their expenses, it is up to them how they spend their grant.
