Our EELISA and FAU partner university in Kyiv, KNU, is facing escalating humanitarian and infrastructural challenges: Extreme winter cold and targeted attacks on critical energy infrastructure are causing prolonged power and heating outages. Despite this difficult situation, students and staff are continuing their research, exams and lectures – often even between air raid warnings.
The university needs urgent support to keep operations going and protect students and staff.
We need your help to help them.
Your donation will make a concrete contribution to ensuring basic services at the university in Kyiv. Donations will be used to purchase:
- Power generators and fuel-independent power sources
- Autonomous power supply systems and emergency power batteries
- Voltage stabilizers and extension cables
- Power banks and portable chargers
- Solar panels and related equipment
- Heating accessories, blankets and portable heating pads
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps to ensure safety, warmth and the ability to work.
